The Houston-Baku Sister City Association (HBSCA) welcomes individuals and organizations with an interest in pursuing the objectives of the association.  Membership is open to anyone, irrespective of nationality, race, religion or political perspective.

Membership is renewable annually.

Members are invited to join committees within our organization.  Each committee hosts events and activities to socialize and maintain relationships between Baku and Houston.

There are seven committees available: the Women’s Club, Youth Committee, Education Committee, Diaspora & Corporate Relations Committee, Sports Committee, Communications Committee, and Membership Committee.
